Party weekend at Geiselwind motorway services

Geiselwind Trucker Festival 2017

The paradise for truck fans.

Once again, the Truckers’ Festival in Geiselwind was a complete success with truckers and their families. RoadStars was there too.

The Truckers’ Festival was held for the 36th time in Geiselwind in Franconia. For the whole long Whitsun weekend, truck, country and rockabilly fans and their families enjoyed a cool party at the service station on the A3 motorway.

RoadStars was at the festival too.Visitors received vouchers as a small gift, providing them with a free pot of coffee with breakfast. Also, truck fans were delighted with the give-aways like RoadStars caps, ball-point pens and lighters. Under the heading of “Trucks and Guys”, cool stories were reported directly from the festival to the RoadStars community on Facebook.

Children’s world and cool show trucks.

The men of the country band Truck Stop, who performed in a cool show on Saturday evening, proved they still make good music. And as well as music, there were other items on the programme providing fun and a feel-good atmosphere. For the smallest visitors, one of the highlights was the children’s world with a bouncy castle and a bobby car racecourse. And the hosts had thought up some other activities for older participants too.

Of course, the show trucks from Germany and Europe played a major role at the event. But naturally it was the visitors themselves who lent that very special flair to the Truckers’ Festival with their spruced-up vehicles and the relaxed atmosphere.
