The RoadStars year 2018: the coolest events of the community in a video

It was loud and it was fast. It was hot and cold. But one thing the 2018 RoadStars year certainly wasn't was boring. There was off-road action at the Tipper Show for RoadStars. There was the 2018 IAA. There was the "Riding Home for Christmas" tour. You gave everything. At the driving safety training course you went to the limits. You mastered spectacular tasks at the RoadStars Trophy in Spain. Legendary: the party at the Truck Grand Prix on the Nürburgring and at the Trucker & Country Festival in Geiselwind. The focus was always on the community. And the community is forever growing and the family is getting bigger. It's great that we regularly meet up at the events!

Joining forces, finding clever solutions, showing stamina and strength – there were real challenges on the agenda for the participants of the qualifying heats of the RoadStars Trophy 2018. Things got really exciting for the finalists in the heat of the Spanish summer. For three days, the 14 drivers from seven different countries fought boldly through each task: slalom, climbing, sawing tree trunks – and fresh paella in the evening to get their strength back!

The latest construction site trucks, tough off-road operations, talking shop with real RoadStars. 41 RoadStars with the blue steering wheel were able to enjoy an unforgettable day of action. At the Tipper Show in Wörth they were able to drive ten trucks around the off-road terrain, experience the turbo retarder clutch in person and enjoy a factory tour in Wörth.

The Trucker & Country Festival in Geiselwind was a big success, in glorious sunshine. Plenty of sparkling trucks, polished wheels and a great party atmosphere! We also presented the trucking participants to you in individual video portraits, entitled "Trucks and Guys".

Hot racing, cool rock sound and the final of the RoadStars Trophy – without a doubt, the Truck Grand Prix 2018 was the high point of the summer. RoadStars users who had registered in advance were able to secure themselves a VIP package each with two tickets for the truck spectacle and exclusive access to the RoadStars lounge.

The new Actros was the highlight at the 2018 IAA for Commercial Vehicles.
Sixty particularly dedicated RoadStars users and all the finalists of the previous RoadStars Trophy accepted the invitation to 2018 IAA for Commercial Vehicles in Hanover. The RoadStars family experienced the new Actros and its big stage appearance live, whilst also celebrating a reunion with good friends at the Drivers' Inn.

Going to the limits of what's physically possible in driving, with tips from experts – RoadStars from 13 countries were given that opportunity. Community members with the blue steering wheel were given the opportunity to participate in an exclusive driving safety training course. They enjoyed an overnight stay with evening meal and a wealth of new friendships all across Europe.
